Post Conviction Associates offers legal document research and preparation services. Post Conviction Associates does not represent any client in any court or tribunal. Post Conviction Associates’ services are strictly limited to research and preparation of legal documents associated with appellate litigation, Supreme Court review, habeas corpus, post conviction relief, and civil litigation document research and preparation. Post Conviction Associates does not render or offer a guarantee regarding the merits of any claim or issue researched and prepared by any client who contracts our services.

Post Conviction Associates enters into specific contractual agreements with all of its clients and strictly upholds the contractual agreement. Post Conviction Associates is not responsible for any matter not specifically outlined in the signed and returned contractual agreement. All contractual agreements will be maintained by Post Conviction Associates, with a copy provided to the client upon payment in full of all fees due.
